In Just 66 Days, It's All Good!

I'm always interested in how we function, and what levers can be flipped to continue making positive changes.

I was under the impression that it only took 21 days to form/alter a habit. Maybe that's where the science was when I first learned that tidbit.

Turns out, it's more like 66 days...sometimes longer.

Is this discouraging? In our fast-paced, immediate gratification world, maybe. Then again, perhaps a more efficient way to go about forming or adjusting habits is being dedicated for the long term.

We'll see what this book has to say about it.
